In order to apply to one or two semesters to study at UCA, students must complete the Application form duly signed and stamped by the Study Abroad Advisor or Exchange Administrator from the applicant’s home university, and send it by post with the following supporting documents:

  1. Transcript of academic records
  2. Certificate that verifies proficiency in Spanish (at least 3 semesters of studies).
  3. Copy of his/her current and valid passport
  4. Statement of purpose describing his/her interest in participating in the exchange program (compulsory written in Spanish)
  5. Letter of recommendation from any academic authority or a professor
  6. Letter from your university approving your application to the exchange program
  7. One (1) 4 x4 picture (Passport size)

Upon arrival to Argentina, international students must bring a valid health insurance that covers sanitary repatriation. This is compulsory: without health insurance students can not be registered at UCA.

Important: incomplete applications will not be processed.


The deadlines for submission of complete documentation are:

To study during the first semester (March-July): November 15th.

To study during the second semester (August-December) May 15th
